+ SPECIAL: the launch of the URBAN REPORT project: a platform for critical discourse theories and projects, practices and changes in central and south-east. Four organizations from Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Serbia, in a first cultural coproduction. Project funded through the ICR Cantemir program. <\/p>\n
