Florian Stanciu and Iulia Stanciu from STARH present completed, under construction or projects that are in preliminary stages; a discussion about architecture as a continuous process, about place and the essence of a function, and also about the structure as an essential element of the conceptand not as a problem to be solved by the engineers.
