One that shows that you can talk in a nice way about very serious things and merge utility and art installation. The completion of the project is at the same that the United States president confirms his plans for the construction of a wall along the Mexican border and choose to drastically close the borders for several Muslim countries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-20074 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/e-zeppelin.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Open-Border_ARI_08-1024x671.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"671\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The project is built nearby The Forks on the Red River Mutual Trail. The Forks is the center of the very isolated city, at the meeting point of the Red River and the Assiniboine River. In winter temperatures can drop to more than minus forty degrees Celsius.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-20076 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/e-zeppelin.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Open-Border_ARI_09-1024x681.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\"><\/p>\n<p>Open Border is part of the 2017 Warming Huts Competition.
